I agree with pretty much all of this. Thank you for avoiding resort to cliches like woke as the structural and creative issues override any of that. These are all production values and no ideas on a show that began being idea-centric. Instead we get the premise, an interminable second act with a lot of narrative wittering before falling into a last minute solution in the third act. I'll admit I haven't tested this but I'd bet I'd find the old four part stories of from the '70s better paced (certainly better written). I pretty much gave up on the show some time during the Tennant years and it wasn't about the casting.

Is anyone actually watching the Acolyte? I was not even aware of its existence, and to be honest, I no longer care. Gone are the days that I would buy a ticket to be at the cinema on opening night, and walk out humming the Star Wars theme, grinning from ear to ear. I saw episodes 1 though 8 in the cinema, as well as Rogue One, even sat through, and enjoyed all the Clone Wars toons ... but now ... I just don't care for Star Wars any more. Its done.

An employer would not be able to to trust him as his interests could and would likely change if a better opperturnity presents itself. and his fans realized this aswell, but instead of view it from an employers perspective, they just know that his opinions cannot be trusted as he isn`t giving fair criticism, but is rather just an ass kisser.
